Biography & Career Path

Born on 12th February 1978, Mr. Asiedu began his professional journey in football in 2005 as a Match Analyst at Liberty Professionals FC, where he honed his eye for tactical and player evaluation over a five-year period. His analytical skills later earned him a role with the Ghana Football Association as a Performance Analyst for the U-15 National Team.

Between 2011 and 2017, he served as Head Scout and Performance Analyst for Platini FC in Ghana’s second tier, where his data-driven approach to talent discovery gained national recognition. He later joined Asante Kotoko SC as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator (2018–2021), overseeing the identification and signing of elite talent.

Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in the recruitment of notable Ghanaian players such as Mohammed Kudus, Mohammed Fatau, Osei Barnes, Emmanuel Boateng, Kwasi Sibo, and Emmanuel Doku.
